AmeriCAN-DO Attitude

Are you an AmeriCAN or an AmeriCAN'T?

Obama’s Church: You Call Us Racist? Well, F*ck You!

Okay, those were not the exact words in the press release, but that was my interpretation of this bullshit: Trinity United Responds

No apologies. Instead, they’ve gone with the “look over there!” approach.

“AN ATTACK ON OUR SENIOR PASTOR AND THE HISTORY OF THE AFRICAN AMERICAN CHURCH”:

Chicago, Ill. (March 15, 2008 ) — Nearly three weeks before the 40th commemorative anniversary of the murder of the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., the Reverend Dr. Jeremiah A. Wright Jr.’s character is being assassinated in the public sphere because he has preached a social gospel on behalf of oppressed women, children and men in America and around the globe.

This does not even purport to address the issue. No one is disturbed that Wright tries to better the lives of “the oppressed.” People are rightfully angry that he believes it’s necessary to tear down “whitey” in the process. Obama spent the last year talking about unity and it turns out that his very good friend, his counsel, his pastor, the man who brought him to Christianity, built a following out of dividing black America from white.

Trinity United, and whoever wrote this release does the same thing by announcing that our scrutiny is an attack on the “African American Church.” This is freshman-level victimology. [ … ]

Go to Ace of Spades for the rest of this victimhood, hate-on-whitey trash.

You know what the worst part of this is? Prior to this past year and Barack Obama’s race-bating campaign for President, which has included the racist, America-hating Reverend and his racist Church, I never once thought about racism or “black churches”. Now I find myself wondering how many other “black churches” and “Black people” are actually like this. So thanks a lot, you racist fuck, you just turned this average American who never thought about racism before into someone who will now see a Black person and wonder to myself if they are like me or a racist prick like Reverend Wright.

UPDATE at 20:34 EDT on 16 MAR 08: Great comment left at Ace’s:

Can I open a white church and preach about the oppression of the white race by blacks? Can I blame blacks for the destruction of America because of their high unwed pregnancy rate, high drug abuse rate and high crime rate? Can I preach that we should ship all the blacks back to Africa?

Of course not, because in their eyes, that’s racist. They preach a religion of hate for whites, and they’re portrayed in the MSM as the victims.

Another excellent comment:

What a bunch of whiny bitches and cowards. Impotently nodding and chanting about eeeevil whitey and all the irreperable harm he’s inflicted on their poor widdle lives in America. Oh, to be sooooo oppressed as to be black and living in the free-est country in the world with the highest standard of living and greatest degree of socio-economic mobility. Whoa is them. Whoa is them.

Here’s the sermon they need to hear: STFU, stay in school, and get a job. Stop shooting each other over a piece of “territory” that’s nothing more than a urine-soaked underpass to everyone else. Stop impregnating every whore you meet and viewing the number of fatherless, behind-the-eight-ball children you’ve cranked out as a status symbol of your manhood. Stop shielding every murderer and crack dealer in your neighborhood from police prosecution out of some cretinous and morally incoherent loyalty to your “race”. Stop worshipping at the altar of repellent, social cancers that celebrate depravity and irresponsibility. Akon is not a hero; he’s a baboon and a thug.

If you have to look beyond your own disfunctional culture to find real heroes; do it, seeing as you’ve excommunicated almost every truly successful black in this country from your cult of victimology, barbarism, and failure. Your fault; not mine. In fact, your whole condition is your fault; not mine. Take your pathetic bellyaching to someone whose well of undeserved sympathy isn’t dry. I used mine all up during the last BBC puff piece about the “Palestinians”.

I don’t hear the guy from Vietnam who’s been here for a year and running his own store complain about what a terrible, oppressive place the United States of White America is. Funny that. Guess we missed him when we were canvassing the neighborhood on one of our many non-WASP purges.

June 2007 Video: Obama Praises Reverend Wright

Via Charles Johnson at LGF, exposing further the lying that Obama has been doing about Reverend Wright, saying that he didn’t know about his racist, America-hating ideology:  VIDEO: Obama Lavishes Praise on Reverend Jeremiah Wright

Here’s Barack Obama on June 5, 2007, at Hampton University, praising Rev. Jeremiah Wright in such an effusive way that it’s obvious they were personally very close. It strains credulity (snap! was that my credulity breaking?) to maintain that Obama has only recently become aware of Wright’s more “inflammatory” statements.

Reverend Wright on White Supremacy

Keep in mind while reading this that Barack Obama learned under the guidance of this man for TWENTY YEARS: Racist Jeremiah Wright On White Supremacy

[ … ] Looking back, moreover, I learned the difference between desegregation which was a legal issue (a political issue) and equality which is a spiritual and moral issue. Desegregation had to do with legal access. Giving African American citizens access to quality education, to healthcare, to public facilities, to equal protection under the law was one thing.

That access, incidentally, is still being blocked. It is being blocked very sophisticatedly, both in the South and in the North (up South!), with attacks upon affirmative action, with the “conservative” agenda and with policies put in place by the Republican Party, which is the Party for the “have mores.”

Having legal access to schools and public accommodations, however, does not touch the deeper moral “American” problem, which is white supremacy! I owe much of my insights on this issue to Lewis Baldwin.

[ … ]

Black Africans do not control the economic systems, the military or have control over the resources (the diamonds, the oil and the natural resources that were stolen by the whites who took over South Africa), and until that changes, white supremacy will still be in charge!

White supremacy is not a legal problem. It is a spiritual problem, a psychological problem and a moral problem.

White supremacy controls the economic system in America, the healthcare system in America and the educational system in America. Hurricane Katrina has pulled the blinders off of all Americans and shown us what white supremacy means at its ugly core and what it has done to the fabric of these “still-yet-to-be-United States” (to use Maya Angelou’s term). That is what I see when looking back during the month of May.

Looking Around

Educating our children to the reality of white supremacy becomes crucial for African Americans and for all Americans. Educating our children is a term that I use pointedly. I do not mean “training” our children. That is a part of our problem now.

The misuse of that term ignores the fact that Africans do not control the military, the police, the legal structure or any of the means to enforce their race prejudice. To try to get misinformed whites and blacks to understand that fact is a waste of time.

You end up trying to make a blind man see something that he is physically and biologically unable to do. The use of the term “racism,” therefore, makes one enter into an exercise in futility and causes you to come away from that discussion frustrated, angry and wanting to do like Langston Hughes’ Jess B. Semple and smash something!

The term “white supremacy,” however, is much more accurate. White supremacy undergirds the thought, the order that they might become more rounded and fully productive citizens in this culture and in this country. What we need to do, however, is go beyond training and educate our children!

We need to educate our children to the reality of white supremacy.  [ … ]

Barack Obama and his Obamoron supporters and apologists can say anything they want. The fact is that non-racists do not fraternize with racists. And they especially do not attend their church for 20 years, consider them a friend and spiritual advisor, have them reside over their marriage or baptize their children. PERIOD.

And the fact is that Reverend Jeremiah Wright is a RACIST. PERIOD. And Barack Obama chose him as his spiritual advisor and political advisor for TWENTY YEARS.

Barack Obama is a FRAUD. And a racist.

Obama Scrubs Reverend Wright’s Endorsement from His Official Campaign Website

Interesting huh? Now that the racist, America-hating sh*t has hit the fan, Barack Obama and his cult minions are working overtime to eradicate any evidence of his close connections with Reverend Wright.

Also, note that this is being done for two reasons. (1) In order to hide all this from the gullible and ignorant and (2) because it is illegal for churches to campaign on behalf of a political candidate.

Via Steven Gilbert, at Sweetness and Light, who has been the one leading the way since LAST YEAR discovering all this stuff about Barack Obama, Reverend Racist and the Trinity Church of America-hating. Everyone else has just been finally taking notice now to everything Steven Gilbert has been uncovering for months. So if you want to know the latest on this, I suggest you make Sweetness and Light a daily read.

For the record here is Mr. Wright’s now disappeared endorsement:

Rev. Dr. Jeremiah A. Wright, Jr.

Senior Pastor, Trinity United Church of Christ, Chicago, IL
Senator Obama’s pastor

I’m concerned with healthcare; the war in Iraq; the high rates of recidivism in our criminal justice system; the poor condition of the Illinois public school system. Many of the resources that go to support programs such as for those living with HIV/AIDS are now being spent to fund the war. We have to communicate… I support Barack because of his incarnated faith – his faith made alive in the flesh. He reaches across all faith communities and even to those who have no faith at all. He is building a community where everyone has worth. That kind of faith is not easy to find in 2007 and a man like Barack is a rarity.

Of course it is illegal for the head of a church (being a 501c3 “charity”) to endorse a candidate. And, indeed, the IRS is investigating Mr. Wright’s church as we speak.

Perhaps this is also tantamount to destruction of evidence. Though, probably not, since the site still lists other (also illegal) endorsements from various pastors.

Somehow one is reminded of how quickly the Kerry campaign expunged “Honest” Joe Wilson from its website within seconds of the 9/11 Commission’s report that confirmed he was a liar.

[First of all, related to the part I put in bold above, apparently the racist, America-hating jackass hasn’t followed the news that the Bush Administration has donated more foreign aid to Africa to combat AIDS than anyone in history.  But I’m sure that didn’t ’jiiiive’ with what Pastor Race-Baitor wanted to indoctrinate and propagandize his parishioners with.]

Yep, this is just standard operating procedure (SOP) for Democrats. And they have been getting away with this nonsense for years. Remember back in 2004, John Kerry received the 2nd most popular votes in history… 2nd only to the amount of popular votes received by President Bush. So despite being an lying, uninspiring, military-smearing tool, more people voted for the schmuck than at any time in our history (save for President Bush in 2004). Now, you replace him with someone who is the same lying, left-wing tool and add Blackness, charisma and an adoring cultish fan-base and Obama winning the Democrat nomination spells doom for America.
